Based on orders currently in the system, your WaveJet will ship no later than 8 weeks from the date of order. YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE LEFT AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS WITHOUT REQUIRING SIGNATURE, UNLESS YOU REQUEST TO HAVE A SCHEDULED DELIVERY. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE COULD BE A DELAY ON SHIPMENTS REQUIRING SCHEDULING.
Local pickup is an option but please note that the Power Pods can not be transported on commercial flights.
For international orders, a WaveJet representative will contact you to set up shipping of your product and finalize your order. All customs and duties are the responsibility of the consumer.
WaveJet is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods once they are shipped. Upon your written request, WaveJet will procure insurance (charged to the customer) to cover losses incurred during shipment. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions and Limited Warranty.
All orders and shipping charges include handling fee ($50 for all orders that include systems, boards and technology, $10 for all other orders).
